About This Quote

Yuki is a minor character in Mai-Hime and one of the main characters in Mai-Hime: The OVA series. She is a 13 year old girl who suffers from a great deal of emotional trauma as she was abused by her father as a child and later moved to the countryside to live with her uncle only to be abused by him as well. Yuki is shown to be very curious and intelligent as she questions her uncle about many things, including the relationship between herself and her parents. However, this curiosity can also be a hindrance as Yuki is shown to be manipulative and manipulative towards Mai-Hime as well as others.

When Yuki discovers Mai-Hime's identity as a princess, she asks for her help in taking down her uncle. In order for this plan to work, Mai-Hime must pretend to be Yuki's friend who hates her uncle. In reality, she is actually trying to get rid of him but ends up falling in love with him instead.
